科技創新，無遠弗屆。當眾多前沿技術涌入公路行業，一場發生在中國這個全球最大高速公路網絡的智慧變革正加速演進。招商公路全力推進路網建設的數字化、智慧化轉型升級，與生態合作伙伴共創美好未來。

本次會議將進行兩項戰略合作簽約和兩個創新產品發布。首先，舉行全天候通行保障聯合創新實驗室戰略合作簽約儀式。該實驗室由招商局公路網絡科技控股股份有限公司、中國氣象局公共氣象服務中心、公安部道路交通安全研究中心、交通運輸部路網監測與應急處置中心、中國交通通信信息中心、江蘇省氣象局共同組建，旨在推進建立公路惡劣天氣安全通行多方協同機制、管控標準，研究攻克相關技術難點，形成系列標準，切實提升路網全天候通行保障能力，滿足人民對美好出行的需要，并帶動智能交通、車路協同等數字科技與應急裝備產業的發展。

接下來舉行招商新智與香港應用科學研究院戰略合作-暨大灣區互聯互通智慧交通聯合創新實驗室合作備忘錄簽約儀式。雙方將基于各自的優勢，共同參與深港交通互聯互通、大灣區交通一體化等推進工作，圍繞車聯網、智能網聯城市、智慧公路、智能交通等領域，重點在國際先進經驗、政策機制研究、產品技術研發、示范工程打造、產業化應用推廣等方面展開深度合作，為交通強國、粵港澳大灣區發展等國家戰略貢獻力量。

成果發布會環節，首先發布智慧收費站全棧式解決方案“招商E站“，從易建易管、益車益路的建設理念出發，以物聯網為抓手、云計算為底座、人工智能為手段，構建站級綜合“智慧體”，實現收費站的收費少人化、通行快捷化、建設實效化和管理智慧化。

接下來，發布準全天候通行全場景解決方案“招商E行“，充分利用物聯網、大數據、車路協同等先進技術，通過建設覆蓋警、路、企多方需求的全天候通行保障系統，打通高速交警、氣象、高速管理單位三方數據和協同機制，形成惡劣天氣通行管控規范，實現一路多方協同聯動，在保障出行安全的基礎上，最大限度減少道路封閉時間，最大程度助力公眾便捷出行。

Scientific and technological innovation is not unattainable. When many cutting-edge technologies flood into the highway industry, an intelligent transform that takes place in China, a country boasting the world"s largest highway network, is accelerating. China Merchants Expressway is fully promoting the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of road network construction to create a better future with ecosystem partners.

In this conference, two strategic cooperation contracts will be signed, and two innovative products will be launched. First of all, the signing ceremony of the Joint Innovation Lab for All-weather Traffic Guarantee will be held. The lab is jointly established by China Merchants Expressway Network Technology Holdings Co., Ltd., China Meteorological Administration Public Meteorological Service Centre, Road Traffic Safety Research Center of the Ministry of Public Security, Highway Monitoring and Emergency Response Center of the Ministry of Transport, China Transport Telecommunications & Information Center and Jiangsu Meteorological Bureau. It aims to promote the establishment of multi-party cooperative mechanism and control standards for road safety in bad weather, study and overcome related technical bottlenecks, form a series of standards, effectively improve the ability of road network in supporting all-weather traffic, meet people"s needs for better travel, and drive the development of digital technology and emergency equipment industry such as intelligent transportation and vehicle-road coordination.

Next is the strategic cooperation program between China Merchants New Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute and the signing ceremony of Memorandum of Cooperation on Greater Bay Area Interconnection and Smart Transportation Joint Innovation Lab. Based on their respective advantages, the two parties will make joint efforts in promoting Shenzhen-Hong Kong traffic interconnection and Greater Bay Area traffic integration, and carry out in-depth cooperation on international advanced experience, policy mechanism research, product technology research and development, demonstration project construction, industry-based application promotion and other aspects around the fields of vehicle networking, intelligent networked cities, smart highways and intelligent transportation, so as to contribute to the national strategy of building a transportation power and the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

In the achievements launch session, the full-stack solution for smart toll station "China Merchants E-Station" will first be released. Starting from the concept of convenient construction and management to benefit the traffic, with the Internet of Things as the starting point, cloud computing as the base, and artificial intelligence as the means, a comprehensive "smart entity" at the station level will be built to downsize the staff in the toll station and to realize faster pass, more effective construction and more intelligent management.

Next, the all-scene solutions for quasi-all-weather traffic "China Merchants E-Traffic" will be released. By making full use of advanced technologies such as Internet of Things, big data and vehicle-road coordination, an all-weather traffic supporting system covering the needs of police, roads and enterprises is built. This solution connects the tripartite data and builds a coordination mechanism among highway traffic police, meteorological agencies and highway management organizations, forms a traffic control standard in bad weather, and realizes the coordination of multi-parties. It minimizes the road closure time on the basis of travel safety, and helps the public to travel conveniently to the greatest extent.
